As a digital agency, we work with a lot of clients on a daily basis, so we are often faced with the same kind of questions.

From web development to digital marketing, this blog will hopefully answer a lot of those questions you may have for us.

How much does a website cost?

Website costs can vary, it usually depends on how many days the project will take. Your typical brochure website would usually be around £2,000 + VAT and your average eCommerce website coming in at around £3,000 + VAT.

What can you do for me in terms of digital marketing?

All of our digital marketing contracts vary dependant on the number of hours spent each month. To figure out what strategy would work best for you we will sit down with you to decipher your business goals and target audiences and then come up with a digital marketing plan that’s right for you.

Will my website be safe?

Website security is something we take very seriously. We have invested in some of the best servers for your websites to keep them as safe as possible. If your website is built on WordPress, we’ll also apply all the security updates every week.

All of our websites have an SSL certificate which gives your website a green HTTPS padlock, and this is included as standard.

What happens if something goes wrong afterward?

Once a project is completed and live, if you need help, we have a support system in place. All you need to do is call us on 01792 29 33 66 or drop an e-mail to support@copperbaydigital.co.uk.

We operate an on-duty rota, so please don’t contact any of the team directly, you’ll get a faster response this way!
