As you probably know, John Francis is a well-established traditional estate agent. They have 20 residential offices, 5 lettings offices and a commercial department throughout South and West Wales.
We have been working extremely closely with John Francis for a number of years now. They came to us when they wanted to improve their digital presence. Over the years we have explored many different strategies from Google Ads campaigns to social media management while tracking all data to monitor the success of these campaigns, allowing us to establish what works for their company and what doesn’t.
We are in close contact with the team at John Francis communicating most days. We currently manage their regional social media pages while liaising with all 25 branches. John Francis hold 5 property auctions a year which are held in Parc Y Scarlets, Llanelli. We help them promote these auctions with property posts and branded graphics for Facebook.
More recently, we paid a visit to all of the offices to film some members of each team to give their expert advice and tips on buying and selling your home. These videos have been shared on the Facebook and Twitter pages. John Francis receives a huge amount of engagement and reach on their social media pages with our help, which has ultimately resulted in an improvement in brand awareness, making them more recognisable to potential customers.
