We are delighted to announce that we have reached our growth target of 12 employees with the appointment this January of a new senior appointment.
Anna Harris (34), who lives in Ammanford, has joined us an Account Manager. Originally from Cowbridge, she moved to Cambridge as a young child, returning to Wales just last year. Prior to joining Copper Bay Creative, Anna had held a number of roles in Account Management and Sales including in a Social Media Company and the Toyota group.
She is very much looking forward to her new role in this growing agency which will include managing existing client accounts and developing new, long term relationships with new businesses across the area.
Says Copper Bay Creative Director, Ben Wheeler, “Our goal for the start of 2016 was to become a 12-strong agency and the appointment of Anna has enabled us to reach this target. Over the coming year, we are looking to consolidate our client base through improved management and processes as well as generating new business month on month. By employing a dedicated Account Manager we will be able to deliver on these goals whilst maintaining the creative ethos that is the foundation of our agency.”
