Our 2022 Round-Up

Well, 2022 has been an interesting year. I’m sure that most businesses will agree that it’s been a year they won’t soon forget.

Even with an economic downturn and 3 Prime Ministers, our clients have seen significant success this year.

Digital Marketing Round-up

We’ve grown as a digital marketing agency this year. Working with new and current clients to build brand awareness, reach new customers, engage current customers, improve conversions, and also optimise their marketing.

Growth of our Digital Marketing Services!

In 2022, this included 3,622 social media posts designed to reach and engage their target audience. Over 100,000 emails that provided personalised messaging. This included both automated emails, promotional emails as well as newsletters.

Our PPC department has grown hugely, with us needing to employ a new PPC executive to help manage clients’ accounts. Our current PPC clients have seen the benefit of many accounts managing multiple paid channels.

Over the last 12 months (up until December 22nd), our ads have been seen over 29 million times in Google Ads alone. And our PPC campaigns have sent over 1.1 million people to websites. These amazing numbers mean our clients have seen record revenue. And this doesn’t even touch the surface of the paid ads accounts as we also manage Bing Ads and Social Media Ads for our clients too.

Another area that’s seen growth is content writing. Our content writing is SEO-optimised, designed to engage with your audience and provide real value whilst improving keyword rankings. In 2022 we published 154 SEO-optimised content pieces. This included blogs, case studies and conversion-primed website copy.

Custom Development Round-up

We’ve helped deliver bespoke development for many clients. Ensuring their needs were met, user journeys were optimised and designs were refreshed.

Design and development achievements

Over the last year, this has included hundreds of development upgrades. Including launching 11 brand-new marketing websites, 4 mobile apps and 6 bespoke systems.

To keep up with demand, our development team has also grown with a new developer joining the team. We are excited to see what 2023 brings for us and our clients.

General Copper Bay Agency Round-up

It’s not just our clients that have seen positive business growth. Over the past year, we’ve added 3 talented team members and moved to a bigger and better office.

We also attended our first post-Covid in-person convention where we ran a stall speaking to business owners face-to-face. It was a great opportunity to speak with prospective and current clients in person.

We are also proud that this growth has been noticed. We were finalists for 2 awards. Our fellow nominees were businesses that were much larger than us, so we are proud to have been included.

Another equally impressive (if not slightly embarrassing) statistic, is that to keep the team going we consumed hundreds of biscuits and used thousands of tea bags!

Our hopes for 2023

We are hopeful to see the same growth for us internally and for our loyal clients. You might even see a fresh Copper Bay website look next year. Watch this space!
